As many of you know I am a session musician and currently am as well as have been a part of many bands (now and in the past). Just to clarify my own solo project comes under the moniker of Dark Solitude which was named after a song written by my first band back in 2000 called Mass Affliction.
I have recently teamed up with a couple lads (and lassie) from Brantford, ON who at this point go by the name of The Getany's...Something tells me that very soon there will be a name change involved, but we'll see what spices I can add into the mix of this already EXTREMELY talented and aspiring bunch of musicians. As Dark Solitude I have been working on some instrumental material I will be adding to what will become my FIRST release which will be the long awaited "The Clover Rose"EP, in which, Side A will consist entirely of instrumental compositions, and Side B being an all acoustic rednitions of songs I have writen in the past.
Dark Solitude will also be working on an album which will be paying homage to, and including members of all the bands and musical talent I have worked with in the past 12 years I have been writing and involved in music as a whole....Thank you all SO MUCH for all your support and I look forward to playing and just plain hanging out with you all!
